At Insignia, we are open Monday to Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm and strive to answer all customer claims within two working hours—most of the time it is even quicker. We understand that you don't want to spend your day on the phone waiting for assistance, which is why we offer an email system for a fast response and efficient problem resolution. Having a written dialogue helps avoid confusion and ensures that all staff members are completely aware of each situation, allowing us to quickly resolve customer enquiries. Additionally, our online form enables users to submit pictures if they are unsure of part names, providing even more clarity on the issue at hand.
Insignia's Network Distribution
When it comes to acquiring an Insignia shower enclosure, no waiting time is necessary. Insignia is operating differently to others and going the extra mile in order to provide customers with the best quality product and service available. The standard delivery period is 7-10 days, shipping from our UK distribution centre located in Milton Keynes.
Express Delivery can be requested with your retailer and will typically be with you in three working days due to strict quality control procedures put in place. All items are subject to a full inspection before loading onto the vehicle, with security cameras monitoring everything checked and loaded. The delivery is then executed either by Insignia's own internal team of couriers or an authorised third-party pallet provider.
Spare Parts - An Essential Insignia Service
Shower spares are integral for any manufacturer and a much-needed service. Many shower companies unfortunately lack the capabilities to provide adequate spares when needed, however at Insignia, we provide the largest shower parts selection in Europe - meaning should anything go wrong, we won't run away from our responsibilities to you as our valued customer. If you register your product with us, you will benefit from a 5-year parts warranty and receive free of charge replacement components if needed. Even if outside the warranty period, we maintain spare parts in stock just in case.
Insignia regularly receive calls from customers who have purchased a different brand of shower and even the rival company has passed on our contact details. Sadly, we usually can't offer any help as the spare parts are made for Insignia showers only. On occasion, though, we manage to get a fitting part for other brands. Regardless of the type of shower enclosures in question, the Insignia Technical Helpline is always pleased to give free advice.
Insignia showers are of excellent quality, and they go through rigorous checks both at the China factory and the UK depot before being sent out.
