Each cabin is constructed from Canadian Spruce, giving the interior a clean, natural finish. The sauna also includes tempered safety glass and protective timber guards around the heating elements.
Do Essential saunas require specialist electrical installation?
No specialist electrical alterations are normally required. Each model connects to a standard UK plug, although the socket and electrical circuit must be suitable, accessible and installed in accordance with current electrical regulations.

Where can I install an Essential infrared sauna?
Essential saunas are designed for dry indoor spaces such as bedrooms, spare rooms, home gyms and dedicated wellness rooms. The sauna should stand on a firm, level surface with suitable ventilation and the required clearances around the cabin. It is not designed for outdoor installation.

How do I clean and maintain an Essential infrared sauna?
Allow the cabin to cool and air thoroughly after each session. Wipe the bench and interior surfaces with a soft, lightly damp cloth, then leave the door open until the timber is completely dry. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners and soaking the wood.
