Frequently asked questions.
WHAT IS THE ORB™ INFRARED SAUNA COLLECTION?
The Orb™ Collection is Insignia Wellness’s range of distinctive home infrared saunas, combining curved cabin design, natural Hemlock construction and modern sauna technology. The collection includes personal, two-person and three-person options, making it easier to choose an Orb™ to suit your space and how you plan to use it.
CAN I CONTROL MY ORB™ SAUNA FROM MY PHONE?
The Orb™ Plus and Orb™ Max can be upgraded with optional Wi-Fi remote control, allowing you to manage your sauna from your phone via Wi-Fi. You can switch the sauna on remotely, adjust the temperature, set the session time and manage key settings, so it can be prepared before you’re ready to use it. Wi-Fi control is an optional paid upgrade.
WHICH ORB™ SAUNA IS RIGHT FOR ME?
The main difference is capacity. The Orb™ is our personal sauna designed for individual use, The Orb™ Plus provides comfortable space for two people, while The Orb™ Max offers the largest interior with room for up to three. Consider your available space, how many people will regularly use the sauna and how much interior room you prefer.
DO ORB™ SAUNAS HAVE BLUETOOTH AUDIO?
Yes. Orb™ saunas feature Bluetooth connectivity, allowing you to connect a compatible device and listen to music, podcasts or other audio during your session. Audio configurations vary by model, with the Orb™ Plus and Orb™ Max featuring two integrated speakers.
HOW DOES AN ORB™ INFRARED SAUNA HEAT THE CABIN?
Orb™ saunas use carbon far infrared heating technology to provide radiant warmth throughout the cabin. The exact heater configuration and power vary between models, so check the individual product specification when comparing The Orb™, The Orb™ Plus and The Orb™ Max.
WHERE CAN I INSTALL AN ORB™ SAUNA?
Orb™ infrared saunas are suited to a variety of indoor settings, from dedicated home wellness spaces and gyms to wellness centres, hotels and spas. Before ordering, check the dimensions, access requirements, electrical requirements and recommended clearances for your chosen model to make sure the space is suitable.
WHAT ARE ORB™ SAUNAS MADE FROM?
The Orb™ Collection uses natural timber construction, with Hemlock used on the new Orb™ Plus and Orb™ Max. Hemlock has a smooth, consistent finish, subtle natural grain and warm, light tones that complement the collection’s distinctive curved design. Check the individual model specification for its exact materials.
CAN INSIGNIA INSTALL MY ORB™ SAUNA?
Professional installation is available from Insignia for customers who would prefer assistance setting up their new sauna. Our installation team can handle assembly, setup and final checks, helping ensure your Orb™ is correctly prepared for use. Installation availability and cost should be confirmed when ordering.
