To apply for an Insignia Wellness Trade Account, you must be a registered UK business or sole trader. Trade orders are available for delivery to UK addresses only.
Payment is required in full, including VAT, at the time of ordering and can be made using an accepted credit or debit card or bank transfer. Where payment is made by bank transfer, goods will only be dispatched once cleared funds have been received.
All prices and trade discounts are subject to change until an order has been confirmed. The level of trade discount available may vary depending on the product, order value, volume and overall customer spend.

Our Trade Accounts are available to registered UK businesses and sole traders, including installers, developers, contractors, architects, interior designers, hospitality businesses and other industry professionals.
What are the benefits of opening a Trade Account?
Trade customers can benefit from exclusive trade pricing, dedicated account support, access to product and technical expertise, project assistance and preferential pricing for qualifying volume orders.
How much trade discount will I receive?
Trade pricing can vary depending on the product, order value, volume and overall customer spend. Our Trade Team will provide the applicable pricing for your account or project.
Is an Insignia Wellness Trade Account a credit account?
No. A Trade Account does not automatically provide credit facilities. Unless alternative terms have been agreed by Insignia Wellness in writing, all orders must be paid for in full before dispatch.
How do I pay for my trade order?
Payment can be made using an accepted credit or debit card or by bank transfer. Orders paid by bank transfer will be dispatched once cleared funds have been received.
Can I get special pricing for larger projects or multiple units?
Yes. If you're working on a larger development, refurbishment, spa, hotel or other commercial project, speak to our Trade Team about volume and project-specific pricing.
