Built from stainless steel throughout, the Signature series is engineered to withstand daily use in high-heat, high-humidity environments. Smart heating technology maintains a stable temperature efficiently without the energy spikes of a standard steam generator.

Choose from Generator Only, Starter, Premium or Platinum packages, each offering a different level of equipment to suit your installation. Every package is available in 7.5kW, 10.5kW, 12kW, 15kW or 18kW, making it easy to select the right solution for your steam room.

How do I know what size steam generator I need?

The size you need depends on the volume of your steam room, so it's best to use Insignia's online steam generator sizing calculator to ensure you select the correct kW output for your space.
How do I maintain and descale the steam generator?

A top-loading descaling port allows for easy access, and the unit can be fully drained via the valve and rinsed through with fresh water when required. Low water level protection automatically puts the generator into sleep mode if levels run low, protecting key components.
How quickly does the steam generator start producing steam?

The Signature range features fast start steam, beginning within 30 seconds of activation, with the water kept at 80°C and a 30-minute steam cycle running until switched off or reactivated.
What's the warranty on the steam generator?

The Signature range comes with a 12-month warranty as standard, which extends to two years when an approved water processor or filter is purchased and installed.
What safety features does the steam generator include?

The generator includes overheat protection technology, which stops all heating elements if the room temperature exceeds your programmed setting by 2°C, or if the water tank temperature goes above 115°C, protecting both the user and the unit.
Can the control panel be installed outside the steam room?

Yes, the waterproof touch screen control panel can be remotely fitted either inside or outside the steam room, giving you flexibility over temperature and timer control.
How does the sectional heating technology work?

The generator uses three groups of heating elements working together for rapid initial heating, then gradually powers down individual groups as the target temperature is reached, with one group cycling on and off to maintain a steady room temperature efficiently.
Is it safe for everyone to use a steam room?

Steam rooms are for adult use only and aren't recommended for anyone who is pregnant, has a heart condition, or has low or high blood pressure. If you have any underlying health conditions or are taking medication, it's best to consult your GP before use.
