How we Deliver
Please be reassured that all our deliveries currently practice social distancing for your safety.
As standard, we include FREE 12-14 DAY DELIVERY to all UK mainland addresses (excluding, the Channel Islands, Highlands & Eire) on all showers.
All orders placed after 2pm are likely to be processed the following day, therefore please ensure you allow for this in your delivery time. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday and at the weekend will be processed on Monday.
Where on my property will you deliver my order to ?
Due to insurance guidelines, delivery will be to kerbside only. Delivery personnel are unable to enter private residences, so the recipient of the goods is responsible for any additional lifting once the initial delivery has been made.
Where do Insignia deliver to ?
Free to all UK mainland addresses (excluding, the Channel Islands, Highlands & Eire) on orders over £50.00. Showers to Northern Ireland / IOM / Scottish Highlands also expedited but carry a surcharge. Scottish Islands / IOW etc require a mainland shippers address.
Do I have to sign for my delivery ?
The delivery company will require a person over the age of 18 to sign for goods as proof of receipt. Although we recommend you sign for your own goods, it is not required that the signature is from the specified recipient, however, it is your responsibility to check for any shortages, damages or manufacturing faults 48 hours after delivery. Please do not leave this for your assembler or plumber to carry this out and report any problems directly to insignia's customer service team within 48 hours who will be pleased to help and will react quickly to resolve any issues.
When should I start the build ?
Never build any product until you have checked all the parts are in acceptable condition. Any claims made after the checking period (48h), or during the build, will be rejected and no return of product is entered into due to high risk of damage to a self-assembly product. Always report first for easy and smooth return/refund. Any time after this period no claim can be entered into. Should you need further time to check items please inform directly at the time of purchase, this can be arranged with couriers for you also.
Special note for elderly and infirm customers
Please note should you need help or require a longer period to check your product. Please call us first. We are happy to assist in any way we can, extensions can be made, checks made first on your behalf and photographed to give peace of mind. This service is free of charge.
Aside of effecting our own deliveries, we do also rely upon the services of third party couriers from time to time, and whilst we endeavour to always deliver in a timely manner there are unfortunately a few occasions when the couriers fail to deliver on the appointed day and before the specified time. This happens rarely, but we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item, or any costs incurred by customers' tradesmen unable to work. Please ensure you have all your products and they are in satisfactory condition before booking in any trades.
