Sauna Installation Services
Streamline the setup of your new Insignia Sauna Cabin with our expert installation service. Once your sauna has been delivered, we’ll schedule the installation, which suits you and the fitters.
For a seamless installation, our fitters focus exclusively on sauna assembly and do not manage electrical work. Please ensure that a standard UK 13amp plug socket is available for connecting the sauna. If your unit requires more than 13amps, make sure the appropriate power supply is installed beforehand. Always refer to the product manual for detailed power requirements.
Exceptions and Additional Charges:
- Transportation of Components: Extra charges may apply if additional time is needed to carry items to the assembly location.
- Preparation of the Assembly Area: If extra time is needed to clear the area, this may incur additional fees.
- Unpacking your Sauna: Please leave everything packaged for the fitters, as they will handle all unpacking upon arrival.
- Assembly Details: The assembly service does not include permanent wall fixings.
- Uneven Surfaces: If the floor or wall surfaces are uneven and require packing pieces for levelling, additional charges may apply.
- Moving Furnishings: Our fitters may assist in moving existing furniture to improve access, but we cannot be held liable for any damage or loss that may occur during this process.
- Timing: We cannot guarantee an exact time for assembly due to variable factors such as weather and traffic. We will keep you informed of any delays.
- Safety and Distractions: To ensure a quicker and safer assembly, please supervise children and pets, keeping them away from the work area during installation.
- Parking Arrangements: Please specify available parking facilities prior to your appointment. Any parking fees incurred will be added to the cost of the assembly.
- Rubbish Removal: The fitters may be able to remove rubbish from site, however, charges apply based on the quantity to be removed and availability of space in the vehicle.
- Cancellation Policy: A call-out fee of £75 will apply if your booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled installation date.
