Over the last 12 months Insignia have invested a lot of money into their brand image, with the relaunch of their website, new brochure format and digital imagery. With the recent acquisition of official Outlets in Birmingham and Doncaster, Insignia felt their flagship store in Milton Keynes needed to be the showcase for their customers and dealers alike. With that they enlisted the help of Architectural designers OCAD ltd to commission the work and P&J interiors to focus on customer experience. The work was undertaken 6 weeks ago lasting a total of 4 weeks and completed on time.
During the redesign the main key features were the flow of the customer experience and lighting to enhance particular features on the showers. We have also incorporated a new area for customers to get more interactive with our essence range and understand more about how it works.
Managing Director Leon Maclean said, “The redesign needed doing. The showroom looked ok, but ok is not what we’re about. We are the best and we needed to look like the best. Looking at it now it’s finished it represents the showers in the fashion they deserve.”
Amongst the refurb, we also focussed on creating a refreshment area situated in the middle of the showroom. This in turn creates a nice relaxed ambient feeling with complimentary tea & coffee whilst you take your time during your decision process.
There is a fully functioning steam room, finished inside with tiles and new synthetic wooden benches designed by the Insignia creative team.
The showroom has been improved from top to bottom, inside and out to bring the UK flagship Insignia store up to the standard expected from Europe’s number one steam shower supplier.
