With over 100 independent resellers throughout the UK and Europe, online and physical stores you are literally spoilt for choice on where to buy your Insignia Shower. What is important to remember though, is
always do your research. There are many cheaper models out there, posing as Insignia showers, looking similar at half the price. In our experience we know, as do many unfortunate customers that not only are they massively inferior in terms of quality, but there is no customer support or spares back up for these showers. Remember “Quality and Price go hand in hand”, so avoid cheaper copies, as there are many places that sell the genuine product and can offer insight, product knowledge and of course, exemplary service. Insignia Range website we have a store locater, in which you enter your postcode and it will bring up all stores that sell Insignia showers in the nearby area. If you are going to take the time out of your day and make the effort to go and see our showers on display, we would
always encourage you to call the location in question prior to visiting. The reason being is some resellers may only have one model on display and others that may be only a short drive further may have four or five. If you have a shower in mind as well, it would be important to know if that model is on display somewhere, as an extra 20-30 mins each way doesn’t make a huge difference when it is an important purchase like you next shower. Insignia have different tiers of reseller as well, with many having a small number on display to official Outlets which have a minimum of 10 on display. At the current time Insignia boast three official Outlets in the UK, based in Doncaster, Birmingham and the UK official flagship store in Milton Keynes. Milton Keynes has every single model on display and is the central hub for distribution for Insignia, so all stock is stored there, along with the best collection of showers on display. Milton Keynes is also the place where you can get all of the spare parts for your shower, should you be outside your warranty period. All these parts are also available via the
Insignia Showers website. The official Outlets for Insignia Showers would definitely be the best place to visit, with the sheer number of models in display you get a real feel for what Insignia offer and as unique products, seeing multiple all in the vicinity is an experience in itself. Added to this, the more showers on display means more space is being designated to Insignia from the independent showrooms, which by default means their product knowledge is far superior because it is in their interest to know the product inside and out if they’re designating so much floor space to the product.
