The four port two feed thermostatic valve is designed for Insignia showers which have four main water features. The valve has 100mm between the central points on each dial and has 15mm threaded connections for the water inlet.
You can use the steam version of this valve (SP153) and a blanking cap (SP198) to create this water valve.
