When you just need to step away from any stress or reality, it is as easy as jumping in the shower! Insignia Showers have such an amazing range of steam showers and shower cabins that can help with taking you away to another place of pure serenity. My perfect night includes turning the lights down in my bathroom and prepping the shower, the LED lighting is switched on to create an ambiance like no other with calming blues and purples. With the steam filling up the cabin, I love to add the aroma from the oils that I can get from Insignia. My absolute favourite scent is "Breathe", a blend of lavender, eucalyptus and tea tree, which relieves exhaustion.
Take a walk…
Taking a short walk around the block has such a great positive impact on the mind. If I ever feel like a lot is on my mind, going for a walk really helps clear my head. If I want to boost my energy, I will put on some upbeat 80s tune like Duran Duran’s “Reflex”! Otherwise to completely relax and chill out, the best music is slow and quiet, nature sounds, or I sometimes like to put on a meditation playlist already made for me on my music app. Calms me down like a dream…
